Stephanie Bartlett

MSN, APRN, WHNP-BC

Owner/ Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

Stephanie Bartlett is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with a Master of Science in Women’s Health. Bringing 17 years of medical experience to the practice. Her specialty lies in the urologic, reproductive, metabolic, and hormonal needs of her clients, with additional training in cosmetic enhancement methods, including neurotoxins (ex: Botox), micro-needling (SkinPen), PRP, and skincare regimens. Stephanie’s frustration with traditional medicine has ultimately impacted her decision to branch out and open her clinic. It is her vision to help her clients take back control of their health by discovering and addressing the root cause of their ailments. Therefore, promoting optimal wellness and anti-aging results. Stephanie resides here in Bryant, AR, with her 14-year-old son and two adorable Miniature Yorkies! In her spare time, you can find her coaching the Bryant High School Color Guard, supporting her son’s travel ball passions, or traveling to one of her favorite vacation spots!

Jennifer Dostert MSN, RN

Registered Nurse/Certified Laser Technician

Jennifer comes to us with over 7 years of nursing experience focusing on Women’s and Children’s nursing and a Masters degree in Nursing Education. She resides in Alexander with her husband, three children, and two dogs. Jennifer is Bryant Proud and teaches Colorguard in the Bryant High School band. Jennifer is passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best! At the clinic, Jennifer provides IV therapy, wellness shots, SkinPen micro-needling, laser hair removal, and our new service— Norvell Spray Tans!

SarahBeth Phillips MSN, RN

Registered Nurse/ Certified Laser Technician

SarahBeth brings 10 years nursing experience to our practice; areas of focus include pediatrics, adult ICU and nursing education. She resides in Saline county with her husband, two children and pup, Pickles. In her free time, you can catch her watching College Football/basketball and spending time with her family. She enjoys all things Disney and is an avid musical performing arts fan.

Olivia Lawrence

Aesthetician/ Certified Laser Technician

Olivia has over 2 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. She loves educating her clients about their skin and helping them formulate a skin care regime so they can achieve their skincare goals. Olivia offers all things skincare, lashes and laser hair removal. She resides in Benton, AR. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.

Stephanie-Denise Hester, APRN, MSN, PNP-PC

Registered Nurse

Stephanie-Denise comes to us with a background in primary care pediatrics, women’s health, and nursing education. For the past 2 years, she has been teaching at the School of Nursing for UA Little Rock. Stephanie-Denise resides in Alexander, AR and is a mother to two daughters and a wife to her husband Joshua. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and traveling anywhere with a beach.

Calynn Ritcher, RN, BSN

Calynn Richter is a Registered Nurse. She has six years of cardiac experience. She spent her time in pre-op, PACU, ER, and post-cardiac cath recovery. For the last four years, she has spent her career in the Operating Room as a circulator, and she loves her job at UAMS. She loves the atmosphere and her relationships with the surgeons she works with. Calynn resides in Benton, AR, with her husband of 10 years, nine-year-old daughter, golden retriever, and mini Aussie. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family to make memories that will last a lifetime.
